Our Accounting and Finance department is responsible for monitoring, managing, and analyzing financial information, key metrics, and targets. We use the results of their work to plan for our company growth and monitor our performance.
The Human Resources team helps us manage personnel files and administer employee benefits. They are responsible for handling the employee life cycle (recruiting, hiring, and training).
Our Operations and Logistics team oversees the logistics process and directs the thorough planning and coordination of specialized projects.
The Dispatch department manages our drivers and aids in facilitating the transportation process. Through constant communication with our drivers from the moment they assign the loads and until a load is delivered, they are able to monitor trip progress, driver needs, and road conditions in order to keep our clients informed.
Our Maintenance and Operations support staff ensure that our equipment is in the best, road-worthy shape always and coordinate on-site maneuvers as needed.
Our Commercialization department oversees our marketing and advertising strategies. They are also the first point of contact for clients since they provide accurate quote information.
We are committed to ensuring the quality, health, safety, and environmental management of our employees, drivers, customers, site, and anyone we come into contact with in our workplace and throughout our services. We do this through various techniques that the Safety Department manages and oversees. These include: Pre-Trip & Post-Trip Reports, 17 Point Inspection, Pre-trip Meetings (for specialized projects), Timely Equipment Maintenance, On-Site Safety Gear & Equipment, and Staff & Driver Training Courses, among others.
